CARE INSTRUCTIONS 

Clean your treasured jewelry with a soft cloth. Avoid contact with cleaning agents and beauty products. Always put your jewelry and handbag away for safekeeping in the package provided for longer lasting brilliance.

Follow care instructions for clothing in the product description of each item. Dry clean delicate fabrics. Wash gentle, cold water, hang to dry all pieces if dry cleaning is not recommended.

SHIPPING

Specific jewelry and handbags are made to order and we do not carry stock. These items can take up to 2 weeks to ship. 

Ready to wear collections & handbags ship within 3-7 business days unless otherwise stated or advised.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Katherine Karambelas offers 15 days for a return. Merchandise in its original unused condition and packaging must be returned and received by our team within the 15 day window following original receipt of the order by the customer. To start a return please email info@katherinekarambelas.com.

All items from the Sale Collection are final sale, no returns or exchanges. This does not include items that go on sale periodically with codes at checkout. 

Katherine Karambelas reserves the right to refuse damaged, altered or worn merchandise in which case a refund will not be granted.

All refunds will be made to the original form of payment excluding shipping costs & duties. Please wait 3-5 business days for your bank institution to process the refund.

Customers are responsible for shipping on returns packages. Packages returning from the USA should not incur duties. Customers are responsible for duties incurred as they are not being sent properly. This amount will be deducted from the refund. 

Katherine Karambelas is not responsible for lost items or packages sent to the wrong address. 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS 

Custom orders and designs are non-exchangeable or refundable. 

 

TAXES, DUTIES & SHIPPING 

All Katherine Karambelas collections are handmade in and shipped from Montreal, Canada. The customer takes full responsibility to pay for international taxes and duties (if any). All shipping & handling charges for Canada and United States of America are calculated through Canada Post and USPS and will be shipped through these carriers. All orders are insured. International orders are calculated and shipped through Canada Post and will be delivered by the post company of the destination country.

Packages returning to Katherine Karambelas from the USA should not incur duties. Customers are responsible for duties incurred as they are not being sent properly. This amount will be deducted from the refund. 

 

CURRENCY

Orders on our site are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
